Bullet-proof coffee keeps Harry Styles slim

One Directioner Harry Styles says he has turned to bullet-proof coffee because it “controls his hunger pangs”.

The 21-year-old – who reportedly has a 26-inch waist – revealed his secret in an interview with The Sunday Times Style magazine.

“Bullet coffee. It’s black coffee with a spoonful of butter in it and a spoonful of coconut oil, all mixed up together. I’ve been on it for two days. You don’t get hungry.”

While Styles is also into boxing, running, protein and Pilates, bandmate Louis Tomlinson says he prefers pasties.
