Awards season may have reached its climax, but Sunday's Oscars weren't the only event that stars flocked to this week.

Fashion month is officially in full swing for another season, with the autumn / winter 2020 shows kicking off in New York on Thursday, February 6.

Among the US labels showcasing their latest designs on the runway were Carolina Herrera, Tory Burch and Brandon Maxwell, while Tom Ford paraded his ultra-glamorous womenswear on the West Coast, with a catwalk show held in Los Angeles on Friday, February 7.

Outside of the runway extravaganzas, brands such as Bulgari have held glitzy after-dark bashes, attended by the likes of Zendaya, while the annual Amfar gala, which supports Aids research programmes, was hosted on the eve of NYFW, as per tradition.

New York Fashion Week is set to host shows from designers such as Michael Kors, Rodarte and Marc Jacobs before it draws to a close on Wednesday, February 12, following which all the sartorial action will move to London.
