A look behind the scenes at Dolce & Gabbana's first Middle Eastern show

There was a flurry of activity as Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce made last-minute alterations ahead of their first ever runway show in Dubai last night. Floral crowns were placed on heads, bow ties were secured in place, bejewelled necklaces were slipped around swan-like necks, and feathers and beads were pinned into place. Here's a sneak peak behind the scenes.
