The CFDA Fashion Awards is an annual celebration that honours excellence in fashion design - in fact, it's been dubbed the "Oscars of fashion".

So who were the winners?

At the Monday night celebration in New York, Kim Kardashian won the first ever Influence Award; Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen of The Row won Accessory Designer of the Year; the Members Salute went to Ralph Lauren; while Diane von Furstenberg took home the Swarovski Award for Positive Change.

The Media Award went to Edward Enninful, the new Editor in Chief of British Vogue (with Oprah presenting it to him); while hilarious Insecure star Issa Rae was the host for the night:

Womenswear designer of the year went to Raf Simons for Calvin Klein and menswear went to James Jebbia for Supreme. The Emerging Talent award went to Sander Lak for Sies Marjan:
