The shopping centre in Dubai Festival City has opened a "daycare for men" of sorts, where husbands and boyfriends can watch sports on TV or play video games while waiting for their loved ones to finish their buying, said Tom Miles, the general manager of Festival Centre at Dubai Festival City.
