Petrol prices for December will be released on Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Energy.
The ministry tweeted in Arabic on Tuesday afternoon that its special committee will hold its regular meeting tomorrow to release prices for December.
Prices for petrol and diesel have been rising since August.
For November, Super 98 was priced at Dh1.90 a litre, Special 95 at Dh1.79 and E Plus was Dh1.72. Diesel cost Dh1.91.
Brent crude was trading on Tuesday at US$47.98 per barrel. That brought the commodity’s month-to-date loss to 0.7 per cent and year-to-date gain to 28.8 per cent.
