The other side of the coin
The new headquarters of the property developer Aldar is under construction on the E-10 motorway by Al Raha Beach. The 23 storey, 49,000 square metre space, to be completed later this year, has already begun to monopolise the horizon. It is one of the first buildings commuters see as they come into the city, and with its unique round shape, it won't be easily forgotten.
