Dubai Properties responds to demand with launch of 200 villas at Mudon

Dubai Properties, the development arm of DPG, has launched more than 200 villas in response to growing demand from investors for its Mudon community.

The launch follows the initial sell-out of the first 398 town houses in Mudon last year.

Villas in Rahat, the second phase of Mudon, will comprise three, four and five-bedroom properties. The villas are priced starting from Dh3 million.

Mudon is located on the Umm Sequim Road close to Mall of the Emirates.
