The environment for entrepreneurs in the UAE has improved more than in any other country in the world since last year, a survey from Barclays Wealth found this week. The country rose from 41st most-friendly for startups and entrepreneurialism to 25th in the bank's annual Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, thanks in part to Government support for small business and initiatives that removed bureaucratic obstacles from the process of starting a business. " The overall environment for entrepreneurship benefits highly from the fact that the Middle East and North Africa are still at an early stage in their economic development," Soha Nashaat, the CEO of Barclays Wealth in the Middle East, said.
