Mudara holding workshops for company directors

Mudara, a regional group based in the DIFC that trains corporate board members, is putting on a series of workshops from May 25 to 28. They'll address issues ranging from governance to transparency and leadership. Mudara is working with Hawkamah, a non-profit that promotes high corporate governance standards, and the Global Corporate Governance Forum to put on the workshops.

Mudara's (and Hawkamah's) efforts are all part of an ongoing drive for solid corporate board standards, greater transparency and better investor protection in the Middle East. Release after the jump.
