Dahlia Spa at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is open and offering everything you would expect from a luxury spa, along with a Quartz Sand experience, which is unique to Abu Dhabi.
The spa on the Al Maryah Island features eight treatment suites, including a dedicated couples suite, a heated hydro pool, a steam room, hamman, ice fountain and heated lounge chairs too, along with separate ladies and men’s fitness centres.
International skincare brands Swiss Perfection and Sodashi have an exclusive arrangement with the spa and are being used in ‘results orientated treatments’ including cellular anti-ageing facials and body treatments.
With an extensive menu featuring everything from massage treatments, to hammam experiences and a Quartz Sand Escape, which utilises a unique Quartz sand table that is warmed and aims to alleviate pain and promote comfort, management is excited to join the Abu Dhabi luxury spa market.

The spa will soon introduce a hair and beauty arm. Treatments at Dahlia Spa start from Dh50 and extend to Dh3,300 (excluding taxes), and use of the facilities is free when you book a treatment.
