Regional comedy institution The Laughter Factory claims to have cooked up a UAE-first — a “comedy brunch”.
The deal offers punters a one-stop night out, with unlimited food and drink, alongside a night of top international stand-up comedy.
Despite the name, it’s a strictly evening affair, with the buffet open for two hours, before guests head into the night’s award-winning show.
Now in its 19th year, The Laughter Factory hosts a monthly bill of three top comics — all sourced by the UK’s acclaimed Comedy Store — on tour at different venues across Dubai (and sometimes Abu Dhabi).
This month's bill stars Canada's Comedian of the Year award winner Simon B Cotter, Luke Toulson, a former guest of Russell Howard's Good News, and Andrew Bird — who was hand-picked by Rhod Gilbert and Lee Hurst to warm up for their respective UK tours.
The new brunch package is on offer at the Mövenpick Hotel, JBR, and Grand Millennium, TECOM venues, with an international buffet open from 7pm-9pm, before heading into the show at 9pm. See below for tour dates.

The Laughter Factory is the Middle East’s longest-running comedy night, hosting international comics since 1997. With a notoriously sharp eye for talent, the night has showcased reams of A-list comics including Michael McIntyre, Russell Peters, Dara Ó Briain, Ross Noble, Jason Manford, Kevin Bridges and Frankie Boyle.
