Star Wars gets the neon treatment

Fan trailers are nothing new, and as a firm favourite with the nerd fraternity, fan trailers for Star Wars are definitely nothing new.

We've already had the original A New Hope in the style of Quentin Tarantino, a host of made up fan trailers made by eager addicts that simply couldn't wait for December's official The Force Awakens trailer, the Force Awakens trailer reconstructed in Lego, and now YouTube user Neonardo brings us a dayglo neon, frame-by-frame reproduction of that official trailer in the style of a Karama takeaway.

With hints of Tron, or even the original, early eighties, monochrome arcade game (remember the one you sat in and battled green line-drawn TIE fighters?) the trailer perhaps has more in common with a yuppie-era cocktail bar than the intergalactic epic, but it's all good fun – check it out here
