Good news for Bollywood fans in theUnited Kingdom – Shah Rukh Khan’s Slam! the Tour is coming to London.
Billed as “the biggest Bollywood extravaganza of all times”, the live show will be staged at London’s O2 Arena on October 5, after a tour of the United States and Canada this month.
In addition to Khan, who is also known as SRK, the show will feature a host of leading Bollywood stars, including choreographer-director Farah Khan Kunder, actors Deepika Padukone, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Malaika Arora Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah, and singer Kanika Kapoor.
“I am blessed to get a lot of love and support from people around the world,” said SRK.
“This is our way of giving this love back and thanking you all. I am super excited and looking forward to being in your city along with my colleagues Farah, Deepika, Madhuri, Malaika, Abhishek, Boman, Sonu, Vivaan and Kanika.
“We promise you an evening of love, laughter and entertainment. So mark your calendar and be there.”
The North America stops on the tour are: Toyota Center, Houston, (September 19); Continental Arena, New Jersey (September 20); Jiffy Lube Live, Washington, DC (September 21); Sears Center Arena, Chicago (September 26); Pacific National Exhibition (PNE), Vancouver (September 27) and SAP Center, San Jose (September 28).
