Pros The property is on the edge of a park, facing a communal pool, so you get great views. You also get a lot of space and a mature garden. This is complemented by an expansive terrace.

Cons Many still think of Motor City as "off the beaten track", but it has developed into a well-rounded community. You get some noise from the Autodrome on the weekends, but that shouldn't put you off.

They say Motor City is a low-rise residential and commercial motorsport-themed community.

We say The whole property feels open and airy, with lovely outdoor areas. It's well worth a look.
