Kim Kardashian West is prepped and ready for her appearance in Dubai tomorrow, her first public outing since the shocking robbery in Paris late last year that has seen her go to ground since. It seems the Keeping up with the Kardashians star is bringing reinforcements, in the form of her sister Kourtney's ex, Scott Disick. “On our way #Dubai,” Kardashian West posted on social media on Wednesday night (UAE time) along with a photo of herself and Disick. While the post suggests they are travelling to the region together, the pair are scheduled for different events — Kardashian West at a Dh6,127 per-head make-up masterclass with make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic at Jumeirah Zabeel Zaray, and Disick at the opening of the Sugar Factory, an American brasserie and confectionery store in Dubai Festival City. Both events were originally scheduled for the same day last year, but were postponed a day apart. Despite the distress of the past four months, which also saw Kardashian’s husband Kanye West hospitalised for exhaustion, the 36-year-old seemed excited about her desert sojourn earlier this week, preceding the Twitter and Instagram post with Disick with a number of Snapchat posts. Her more positive attitude may have something to do with the dramatic arrests on Monday of more than a dozen people in relation to the Paris incident.
