Huda and Mona Kattan are coming to VidCon Abu Dhabi. The entrepreneurs are the co-founders of the Huda Beauty portfolio that includes Huda Beauty, Kayali and the newly launched skincare line Wishful.
Appearing at the event at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec) on Saturday, March 28, the sisters will take part in two sessions. In the first one, they will discuss how they built up their massively successful Huda Beauty empire and offer tips to aspiring entrepreneurs on how to establish a brand.
In the second session, they will also host a competition to find the most promising business idea with the winner be awarded with a mentorship programme and $6,000 (Dh22,000) cash to support their pitch – the same amount the sisters used when they launched their company.
There’s also a special meet and greet session with the sisters that is available by raffle only for ticket holders.

This is the first VidCon being held in the UAE. Held at Adnec and organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism, the event runs from Wednesday to Saturday, March 25 to 28. Each day will feature a number of panels discussing the latest trends in online creation, as well as sessions with social media personalities as they detail their path to success.
In addition to the Kattan sisters, other names expected at the event include American YouTube star Alex Wassabi, Jordanian sister bloggers Rawan and Rayan, Saudi YouTuber Naz and travel blogger Iknani.
