The Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) is a photography competition launched in 2011 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai.
