When the seventh God of War, which is actually a prequel to the entire series, was first announced last year, much of the attention was focused on the mythology-whacking, action-adventure's first deployment of multiplayer.
But a new trailer should quell any fears that single-player has been ignored, with hints of some outstanding swords-and-sandals mayhem and a few mega-sized monsters needing a good slaying.
The story is set to follow the redemption of Kratos, charting the rise of this baldheaded antihero's rage (which players of older GoWs will know leads to him killing almost every figure from Greek mythology). The trailer also has you battling an elephant. Bring it on.
