The post-NYE nightlife lull can be pronounced officially over with an incredible run of A-list electronic names going head-to-head in the UAE this weekend.
Klingande – the French house producer responsible for 87-million-You-Tube-clocking super-hit Jubel – will make a regional debut at Abu Dhabi’s new The Exchange Club on Thursday (February 5), before hitting the decks at Pacha Ibiza Dubai a day later (Friday February 6).
However the one hit wonderkid (he’s 23) will have some pretty stiff competition from more established names, with cake-throwing EDM juggernaut Steve Aoki at Dubai’s Eden Beach Club on Thursday (February 5) and veterans Basement Jaxx headlining the new Nasimi Sessions on Friday (February 6).
Other monster names in town for the mammoth weekend include Norman Jay at Zero Gravity and Behrouz at Blue Marlin Ibiza, both on Friday (February 6).
Thursday (February 5) meanwhile presents the alternatively minded clubber with perhaps one too many choices, with DJ Pierre at Analog Room, a Critical Sound showcase on board the Something Big boat and the Audio Bullys coming to The Basement.
