A world-renowned performance troupe will be hosting a residency at a Dubai restaurant.
Cirque Éloize might be more used to putting on jaw-dropping, theatre-filling circus concepts – such as iD, which thrilled audiences at Dubai World Trade Centre in August 2013 – but the contemporary Canadian troupe are zeroing things in to provide nightly entreatment at a UAE restaurant.
Clé Dubai will host resident performers from the acclaimed troupe six nights a week, Monday to Saturday, starting November 13.
Founded in Québec in 1993, Cirque Éloize is a strategic partner of the globally renowned company Cirque du Soleil.
Jean-Philippe La Couture, director of events at Cirque Éloize, said: "We are thrilled with the idea of creating this one-of-a-kind series in Dubai and calling Clé our new home.
"Because we are performing six nights a week, the team is dedicated to offering the best we can while ensuring that every production is unique and memorable."
This month the venue will also be unveiling a 100-capacity outdoor dining terrace, offering Downtown views of the Burj Khalifa.
Clé Dubai opened at DIFC on October 11 with a huge star-studded party attended by a host of celebrities including American socialites Paris Hilton, her sister Nicky, reality TV star Khloé Kardashian and US hip-hop singer Akon.
• Clé Dubai is at Al Fattan Currency House, DIFC, and is open seven days a week from noon to 2am. For reservations, please email reservations@cle-dubai.com
