Nick Jonas is coming to Dubai to headline Fiesta De Los Muertos at 117 Live Arena on the Al Ain Road on October 26 - after cancelling last-minute when slated to perform at the same festival last year. The pop star rose to fame with his brothers as a member of The Jonas Brothers, but has since found success as a solo singer with hits Jealous, Close and the collaborative anthem Right Now with Robin Schulz. In 2017, the singer was scheduled to make his Middle Eastern performance debut by headlining the Halloween-themed gig but had to pull out “due to an unforeseen change in work schedule” and was replaced by inimitable grime star Stormzy. The 26-year-old has been in headlines recently because of his engagement to actress Priyanka Chopra. The duo were engaged after reportedly dating for just two months. We wonder if she will join him? Other acts set for this year's musical festival include Gente De Zona, Chantel Jeffries, The Mariachis, and Hollaphonic. Gente de Zona is the first Cuba-based musical act to ever top Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart. Their single La Gozadera, in collaboration with Marc Anthony, has amassed over a billion views on YouTube. Joining them will be American EDM DJ Jeffries, who is known for her single Wait. The Mariachis will be returning after playing last year's concert while UAE favourites Hollaphonic, who often perform in Dubai, will also perform. Tickets are now on sale for Dh250 the first 24 hours for early bird admission. Then the price will go up Dh290 for the next 24 hours, after the sale, general admission tickets will start from Dh345. For more info, visit 117live.com
