Jena Malone may star in Catching Fire
The Sucker Punch star Jena Malone is in talks to star in the forthcoming Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She'll play the key role of Johanna Mason, an axe-wielding former Hunger Games winner from District 7. The model Zoe Aggeliki was earlier rumoured to have clinched the role. The film's director Francis Lawrence announced that shooting will begin in late September.
Motherjane concert moved to Tuesday
The Indian rock band Motherjane postponed their Friday performance at The Music Room in The Majestic Hotel in Dubai. "Dear friends, due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to postpone the Motherjane concert to Tuesday, July 10. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Bieber chased, then cited for speeding
Justin Bieber was ticketed on Friday for speeding on a Los Angeles motorway after being chased by at least five other vehicles. Claire Danes is expecting her first child with her husband, the actor Hugh Dancy. Danes, 33, and Dancy, 37 met on the set of the 2007 film Evening and were married in 2009. Kiss launch new book
The band Kiss - Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer - have published a book, KISS Monster, featuring unseen photographs from their 40-year career. "A band bigger than life deserves a book that's bigger than life. You could call it a coffee-table book, but if you put legs on it, it's a coffee table," joked Stanley.
