Those looking for their next good dose of K-pop should attend the Korean Brand and Content Expo. Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on Thursday, October 17, the event is set to be a mighty showcase of all things Korean and of course, the popular music genre will play a central role in the proceedings. Those in attendance can expect an epic evening worth of performances with nearly half a dozen acts tapped to perform.

Leading the bill are Seventeen. Despite their name, the group consists of 13 members and split in subgroups called the hip-hop, vocal and performance 'units.' They will bring their choreography as well as the hits amassed from their three albums.

Also making their way are SF9, who are also known as Sensational Feeling 9. This time around, the numbers of members are in tune with their name, and fans will get the opportunity to hear their recently released second album Illuminate.

South Korean singer Bae Jin-young, who goes by the stage name of Punch, will also take the stage to perform songs that appeared in many notables Korean dramas including It's Okay, That's Love and Descendants of the Sun. Rounding off the bill are DJs Beatpella and Hiss & Yella as well as an appearance by actress Ha Ji Won.

Korean Brand & Content Expo (KBEE) 2019 Dubai will be on Thursday, October 17. Doors open from 6pm. Prices to be unveiled soon on kbee.kr
