Pop superstar Jennifer Lopez is making her way back to Dubai later this year with an announcement this morning she will perform live at Autism Rocks Arena on November 17.

Lopez, who last wowed Dubai with her world famous razzle dazzle Latin beats and moves in 2014, is promising another spectacular show filled with Latin American glamour, flawless dance moves, stunning costumes and a string of smash-hit singles spanning two decades.

117Live CEO Thomas Ovesen said: "People magazine named her the world's most beautiful woman and when it comes to her live shows, we know she doesn't just perform, but throws a party!"

Lopez began her career as a dancer, and over the past 18 years has become an international music and film sensation. She is currently in Las Vegas on her residency there called Jennifer Lopez: All I Have at the Axis Theatre at Planet Hollywood.

She has collaborated with the likes of Ricky Martin, Ja Rule, Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias in the past and coached young singers on American Idol.

Pre-registration for the November 17 concert is now open at www.117live.com.

Kat Wightman's tips on how to create zones in large spaces

  • Area carpets or rugs are the easiest way to segregate spaces while also unifying them.
  • Lighting can help define areas. Try pendant lighting over dining tables, and side and floor lamps in living areas.
  • Keep the colour palette the same in a room, but combine different tones and textures in different zone. A common accent colour dotted throughout the space brings it together.
  • Don’t be afraid to use furniture to break up the space. For example, if you have a sofa placed in the middle of the room, a console unit behind it will give good punctuation.
  • Use a considered collection of prints and artworks that work together to form a cohesive journey.
