A new dance music festival is coming to Dubai this December with a host of huge names already confirmed.

Luvya is set to take place at Five Palm Jumeirah on Thursday, December 12 to Saturday, December 14, bringing 40 artists as well as fashion shows and special food offerings to the hotel.

Craig David, Disciples, Lost Frequencies and Klingande are among the names already lined-up to play at the three-day event, which will take over the entire hotel, including its private beach, basement and rooftop.

Belgium DJ Lost Frequencies will open the festival on the Thursday evening, while UK R’n’B star Craig David will take to the stage on Friday alongside UK trio Disciples.

Other confirmed acts include French DJ and producer Klingande and London DJ duo Eli & Fur, with plenty more names still to be announced.

There will be sets each day between 5pm to 4am, alongside daily fashion shows and art installations.

Day passes cost Dh300, inclusive of three drinks, and a full weekend pass costs Dh750, inclusive of 10 drinks. There will also be special rates on room packages, available from Dh1,250.
