This year, only presenters are attending the EE British Academy Film Awards 2021 at London's Royal Albert Hall in person.
Winners will collect their awards remotely, from the comfort of their own homes to comply with the UK's Covid-19 restrictions.
Ahead of the ceremony, a number of nominees remotely posed for portraits in their awards show look, including Egyptian-British actor Amir El-Masry.
El-Masry's mother and brothers, Hoda El-Masry, Ehab El-Masry and Mel El-Masry, joined him for portraits shot in the British capital.
Ben Sharrock, the director and writer nominated for Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer and Outstanding British Film for Limbo, posed for his portrait in Edinburgh, Scotland, while Rocks writer Theresa Ikoko posed from London.
The list of presenters, however, is positively star-studded, with Hugh Grant, Tom Hiddleston, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Phoebe Dynevor all slated to hand out awards.
Chiwetel Ejiofor, Cynthia Erivo, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Richard E Grant, Felicity Jones, Asim Chaudhry, James McAvoy, David Oyelowo, Pedro Pascal and Jonathan Pryce round out the list of presenters.
Music will come from Celeste and Hamilton's Leslie Odom Jr.
The ceremony is being hosted by Edith Bowman and Dermot O'Leary.
