Feeling creative? Design an Eid greeting card

Express yourself

The idea is simple: everyone is invited to design an Eid greeting card and the best creation will be displayed on 1915's social media platforms – including Facebook, Twitter and the label's website.

Design online

Go to www.facebook.com/1915uae where you'll find an application form and a design template to download. There are very few parameters except that the card should be in keeping with the spirit of Ramadan, with the art based on an Eid greeting.

The card should also incorporate the 1915 logo on the front and the design must use the brand's palette of colours including blue, green and taupe.

The card needs to be a maximum size of a folded A4 sheet and allow for a three-millimetre border on both sides. If you're bursting with creativity, you can post as many entries as you like.

Final countdown

Then it's over to the public to decide which of the uploaded cards they prefer. The votes will be counted, the winning posts shortlisted and the ultimate winner selected by a secret panel of judges.

The winner will be announced on August 2 and receive Dh1,000 of gift vouchers to spend on timepieces and accessories in the store. The cards will also be printed for distribution in 1915's flagship store in Dubai's Deira City Centre. All entries must be submitted by Tuesday.
