Blending a range of styles and motifs, Nazr Haidri's cubist style works are currently on display in Z Gallery at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road. Symphony In Cubism uses geometric forms to depict colourful silhouetted figures and shapes, which are mostly musicians and their instruments.
Haidri is from Pakistan and he says: “Music is the universal language for expressing feelings, sensation and mood. An effort has been made with a paint and brush to capture these different moods on canvas to create visual music.”
Symphony In Cubism will run until December.
