Resistance Monument was built in honour of the local people in the early 16th century who rallied against the Portuguese troops led by Commander Afonso de Albuquerque
The museum also features a diorama of Khor Fakkan as it existed in the early 16th century
While the AR experience can only be accessed via in-house iPads, it will be accessible through personal devices within the next year
