The Emperor of Bhajans is set to enchant Dubai this weekend.
Anup Jalota will perform at the Address Hotel at the Dubai Marina on September 23 with set packed with his signature ghazals and Indian devotional songs, also known as bhajans.
The singer whose trajectory has taken him from a chorus singer at All India Radio to a Padma Shri Award winner for his contribution to Indian Classical Music, has amassed over 100 certified gold, platinum and multi-platinum discs.
The Evening with Anup Jalota programme also consists of multi-course meal and a selection of beverages.
“The last time I performed in Dubai was 2 years ago, at the India Club,” said Jalota. “I have performed in Dubai several times before that as well, and I enjoy it every time. I am sure this will be a memorable performance as well. You can expect healthy entertainment from this evening. Whatever your taste in music, I have food for everyone.”
