  • Liverpool v Chelsea 2004-05. Liverpool won 1-0 on aggregate. Still a sore point with Jose Mourinho this one. After a goalless first leg of the semi-final tie at Stamford Bridge, Liverpool took an early lead at Anfield through a Luis Garcia effort, which Chelsea claimed did not fully cross the line, though if the goal had not been given the home side would have likely had a penalty for Petr Cech colliding with Garcia. The home side went on to hold on and reach the final where they would beat AC Milan on penalties. Adrian Dennis / AFP
