Condé Nast International has announced the launch of Vogue Arabia online this autumn, followed by the physical magazine in the spring of next year. The style tome's editor-in-chief will be fashion entrepreneur and Saudi princess Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz.

"There has been a growing demand for Vogue in the Arab world for some time, and now the time has come to make it a reality." said Jonathan Newhouse, chairman and chief executive of Condé Nast International.

The magazine will be produced in association with Nervora, replacing its current fashion website Style.com/Arabia.

“Nearly four years ago, we embarked on a mission to change the fashion landscape in the Middle East with Style.com/Arabia. That mission continues and grows markedly with Vogue, the world’s preeminent fashion publication. We couldn’t be more thrilled.” said Shashi Menon, CEO of Nervora.

Vogue Arabia, which marks the 22nd international edition of Vogue, will be headquartered in Dubai. The publication will have both Arabic and English content and be distributed in several Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE.
