Given the current crop of headlines about US government spying, it’s understandable that some are getting concerned about this entering gaming. After all, you don’t want Obama finding out where you’re hiding during a particularly tense game of Call of Duty multiplayer. Thankfully, Microsoft has eased the fears of Kinect users that images of their faces can be transmitted, explaining that the unique number created by measuring the arrangement and length of certain features doesn’t leave the console and, even if it were passed onto the government, couldn’t be retroactively used to build an image. Now, what about our email and Skype details?

Red flags
  • Promises of high, fixed or 'guaranteed' returns.
  • Unregulated structured products or complex investments often used to bypass traditional safeguards.

Chancellor Rachel Reeves set markets on edge as she appeared visibly distraught in parliament on Wednesday.
