Lanvin has designed a formal academician’s outfit for Alain-Charles Perrot, the renowned architect who was recently appointed to the French Académie des Beaux-Arts. The uniform comprises a dress shirt, trousers and a striking jacket embroidered with gold olive branches. The intricate work reportedly took 600 hours to complete.
