Gucci is having a very prolonged moment in the spotlight, and it's thoroughly well-deserved. Creative director Alessandro Michele's exuberantly amped-up approach to eclectic, granny-chic has taken the fashion industry by storm, and as a result, Gucci has made a rapid comeback as a coveted luxury label. From metallic pleated skirts and lively denims to extravagant appliqué work and dreamy tiered gowns, Michele continues to deliver hit after hit on the catwalk. Equally exciting are the latest bedazzled accessories from Gucci, like the new square-toed pearl-embellished loafer that became the "it-shoe" of fashion week last month.

The brand has just revealed its latest pre-fall 2016 advertising campaign, which Michele directed, along with art director Christopher Simmonds and set designer Gideon Ponte. Styling was by Jane How, and hair and make-up artists were Paul Hanlon and Yadim Carranza. The set appears to be a decadently furnished greenhouse — home to both Gucci-clad models, and pale-pink flamingoes. Click through some of our favourite images from the campaign above.
