Renowned street and calligraffiti artist eL Seed will set up a permanent studio in the new extension to Dubai’s art district, Alserkal Avenue, in November.
The artist is in the city this week as part of the Mall of the Emirates 10th anniversary celebrations. Some of his sculptures and canvases will be on display in a temporary space in the fashion district of the mall, as part of a much larger installation called World Of Fashion set up by Harpers Bazaar Arabia. On Thursday night, eL Seed will be in conversation with Rebecca Anne Proctor, the editor of Harpers Bazaar Art from 7pm.
World Of Fashion is a five-day event featuring fashion shows, beauty workshops, tutorials by industry experts, and showcases of the season’s most-coveted ready-to-wear pieces.
