Krrish 3 in court over copyright claim
The scriptwriter Uday Singh Rajput has taken the makers of the forthcoming film Krrish 3 to the Bombay High Court over copyright violation, DNA reported. Rajput claims he wrote the script for the movie but wasn't given credit for it. The makers of the film have filed a counter suit, asking that Rajput's plea not be entertained and the release of the film not be disturbed. Rajput said in his plea that he had registered his script with the Film Writers Association in 2008 under the title Krrish 2. He later sent a copy to Rakesh Roshan for consideration, but didn't get a response. Rajput claims he realised only a few days ago that his script was used for Krrish 3 and that the credit was given to another scriptwriter, Robin Bhatt. Krrish 3 is out in the UAE tomorrow. – The National staff
