Canada’s prime minister vowed the country would “not be intimidated” after a man stormed parliament and killed a soldier – the second attack targeting Canadian military personnel this week. The suspect, identified as Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, was killed inside Parliament Hill during the rampage.
