Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders were locked in a tight battle in Iowa’s leadoff presidential caucuses Monday as the two rivals offered Americans a stark choice between political pragmatism and revolution. Meanwhile, Republican Senator Ted Cruz won the Iowa caucuses - the first vote in the US presidential race - in a tight contest with frontrunner Donald Trump and Senator Marco Rubio.
