NEW DELHI // The film director Ram Gopal Varma says he will pay 500,000 rupees (Dh39,8000) to anyone who can watch his latest supernatural thriller alone in a cinema until the closing credits.
Phoonk 2, a sequel to his 2008 film, is about an evil spirit that traumatises a family. The challenge involves wiring a heart monitor to the cinemagoer and a camera to ensure eyes are kept open.
