Sinkholes leave two missing and three injured in Guatemala - in pictures

The three people were injured when their vehicle plunged into a sinkhole about 15 metres deep. They were rescued hours later by emergency services. AFP

Rescue teams and members of the Guatemalan army entered the sinkhole to search for the two missing people.

Guatemala's national disaster relief agency, Conred, has set up in the area to investigate the sinkholes and determine if there are any risks to nearby residents. Reuters
