Fire closes in on Turkish power stations as more countries join firefighting efforts

As bushfires raged in southern Turkey for a seventh day, a fire closed in on the coal-fired power stations of Kemerkoy and Yenikoy. So far, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Iran, Russia, Ukraine and Spain have sent firefighting planes and teams in response to Turkey's call for help.
