ABU DHABI // A woman has been arrested on suspicion of selling unlicensed skin-whitening injections on BlackBerry messenger.
The Public Prosecution believes the woman imported the injections from Asia through the mail. The injections were said to contain Glutathione, which affects the liver and lightens the skin.
She was said to have bought each box for Dh6,000 and was offering to sell them on for up to Dh25,000.
