ABU DHABI // Drivers are being urged to take extra care after forecasters warned that visibility would be reduced by dust blown up by strong winds.

The weather will be hazy and partly cloudy over some areas, and may develop to convective clouds over the eastern mountains by Monday afternoon, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

Winds will be slight to moderate in general, and freshening at times, whipping up dust and causing poor visibility over the internal and exposed areas.

Temperatures will reach highs of 38°C to 43°C and lows of 29°C to 32°C in coastal areas, and highs of 42°C to 47°C and lows of 26°C to 31°C in internal areas.

Relative humidity will increase during the night and early morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance of fog. Sea will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman, the centre forecast.
