ABU DHABI // Residents seeing out the last few days of Ramadan can expect a hot day today with humidity levels peaking at 95 per cent.

Moderate winds will pick up dust causing haze and reducing visibility for motorists across large stretches of road.

Residents in Dubai and the capital can expect temperatures ranging between 26°C and 41°C, with similar temperatures forecast further inland.

Heavy rain is forecast in Al Ain, with cloudy skies expected along the border with Oman, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

Those heading out to sea can expect slight to moderate waters which will turn choppy throughout the day in both the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.

Humidity will increase overnight leading to potential fog tomorrow morning.

Similar conditions are forecast for Tuesday.
