The UAE is expected to be fair and sunny on Friday with temperatures hovering around the 40°C.
A gradual increase in cloud cover is expected over the eastern areas by midday, according to the National Center of Meteorology.
The day will be hazy and humid with temperatures reaching 41°C in Dubai, 40°C in Abu Dhabi and 43°C in Sharjah.
Over the weekend there is a chance of fog or mist forming over the coastal areas of the country.

Light to moderate south-westerly winds will become north-westerly winds, freshening by daytime over inland areas, with a speed of 18 – 28 kilometres, reaching 38 km per hour.
In the Oman Sea and the Arabian Gulf, the seas are expected to be light to moderate.
