ABU DHABI // Forecasters are predicting a slight chance of rain in the eastern and southern areas of the UAE where convective clouds may form on Monday afternoon.
Partly cloudy skies at times along with hazy and hot weather are expected across the country, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
Coastal highs will reach a maximum of between 42°C and 45°C. In the interior, temperatures will rise to between 44°C and 48°C, while the mountain region will reach highs between 33°C and 36°C. Humidity will be most oppressive along the coast, where it will be between 75 and 90 per cent.
Moderate winds, reaching speeds of up to 32km/h along the coast, will cause blowing dust at times and possibly reduce visibility. Seas will be moderate.
