Ministries and federal bodies have been told to speed up the process of signing contracts with new and existing employees to meet a November 30 deadline.
The contracts, which affect expatriates and nationals, are meant to "put a framework" on the relationship between the employee and the employer, and better define a worker's rights and duties, according to the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
This was the second reminder sent by the authority to federal bodies.
