A UAE-funded peace conference will be held this winter in India.
The second Sheikh Zayed International Peace Conference will take place on December 10 in New Delhi.
It is being held under the mandate of promoting the “renaissance of the world through peace”, according to a statement from Wam.
“The conference aims to introduce the noble values of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and highlight his outstanding contributions to the achievement of peace and unity among the various peoples,” said Sheikh Aboobaker Ahammed, the secretary general of the India Scholars Council.
